Crafted using only the finest components, and perfectly combined with Yamaha original technologies, the Yamaha flagship TW-E7B true wireless earbuds (in-ear headphones) achieve unparalleled sound performance and comfort. They feature Yamaha-exclusive Advanced Active Noise-Cancelling (ANC) that precisely cancels the outside noise while keeping your music pure. Calls are crystal clear from an advanced mic design and Qualcomm cVc (Clear Voice Capture). Enjoy your music at safer, lower levels with Advanced Listener Care that intelligently adjusts frequencies in real time to maintain full-range sound at lower listening volumes. Ambient Sound allows you to stay aware when you need to. Whatever your shape of ear, the TW-E7B is designed for superior comfort and a Listening Optimizer uses high-performance in-ear microphones to dynamically correct for ideal frequency response for a sound that fine-tuned personally for you. In-Ear detection conveniently pauses your play list when you remove either earbud. Employing Bluetooth 5.2 and Qualcomm TrueWireless Mirroring for stable wireless connectivity, the TW-E7B earbuds provide up to 22 hours of total battery life. They are water and sweat resistant (IPX5-rated) — ideal for sport and weather — and offer easy controls for phone calls, music playback and Siri/Google Assistant activation. They support both AptX Adaptive and AAC, allowing them to provide high-quality streaming with both iPhone and Android devices.

Of all the TW earbuds I've tried, only the Sennheiser Momentum 3 and the little brother Yamaha TW-E5B come close to the ridiculously great audio quality of the TW-E7B.Other BT earbuds I've owned include: Sony 1000XM4 and WF-C500, Audio Technica ATH-CKS50TW, Technics EAH-AZ60, Bose Quiet comfort, Tozo T6, the Sennheisers, some other older models. These sounded very good out of the box, but really came to life after some burn in time, giving a generous EQ bump in the mids and lows, and swapping out the stock silicone tips with some Sonic Foam tips. Then -- pure audio magic. Where the TW-E7Bs really shine is in the mids. The clarity, power and realism these give to vocals, both male and female, is very intense. There is sooooo much presence and realism, it actually stops me in my tracks. Downright startling and goose bump-inducing. Other times it's like I can sense/feel/hear the vibrations coming off the guitar strings or piano keys and resonating in the air around me.It's a truly unique audio quality, unlike anything I've experience with other buds I've tried. Others might be a bit more detailed, a little better separation, but they cannot make me FEEL the music the way these Yamahas can.OTHER PROS- Fit: excellent - these are BIG buds, but light in weight, and actually very comfortable to wear especially with the Sonic Foam tips.- Case: attractive, well made, high quality. would be nice if it had wireless charging.- Bluetooth range: amazing, the best of all my earbuds, I have more than once left my phone in the house and walked around the driveway without having a disconnect.- "Listening Care": This is a hidden gem of a feature, accessible through the app. It's not a marketing gimmick. You can turn the volume way down, and still enjoy the music because you can still hear a lot of the details that normally get lost once the volume goes down. This is great for listening while working, when loud volumes make it hard to think clearly.- aesthetics: love the spackled matte finish, the subtle Yamaha logo. Beautiful.- buttons instead of touch controls. sooo much easier to deal with on little earbuds versus touch panels.- ANC: excellent - very effective. Does a phenomenal job at cutting down wind noise which is important to me, as I like to listen to music while bikingUNKNOWN/INDIFFERENT- Battery life - have not pushed to the limit. I tend not to to music for more than 3-4 hours at a time.CONS- app connectivity: these buds never connect automatically to the Yamaha app. I need to open the app, and press a couple buttons and then it will search for the buds. this is pretty annoying because it has to be done every time you connect, if you want to use any of the app features.- No wireless charging. This should be a given at this price point.CONCLUSIONIf I was forced to give up all my buds except for one set, these are the ones I'd be keeping.
