The price. I bought a new one last year and my grandson needed it for college classes. So I bought him this refurbished for half the price of my new and it works great!The laptop itself works very well so far (we've only had it a day, but no problems yet). Only issues were with the advertising of the product on Amazon.1) did not specify that it DOES NOT COME WITH A CHARGER. Not a huge problem as a charger costs $20 on Amazon, but it would've been nice to know ahead of time so that we could order one to be here when the laptop arrived2) advertised as having Windows 10 in S mode. Came with Windows 11 in standard mode. Again, not a huge issue - if it had come in S mode I would've switched it to standard. But this is a work laptop for my wife, who knows Windows 10 - not Windows 11. I may have purchased a different product had I known this came with Windows 11.Anyway, those 2 issues aren't a huge deal (which is why I didn't give it 3 stars). 4 stars for now because it came in great shape and (so far) is working very well. I'll update if any issues arise as we continue to use it.Para navegar, estudiarI don't think I knew it was refurbished but I am enjoying it anyway and hope it will last. I don't like that the keyboard is imprinted so light that I barely read the letters - Grey on Silver. Having said that I did buy this particularly because I like the spring action in the HP keyboard. Perfect touch for me and I type volumes. I also like the level of volume - I am not keen on the power button as it's a challenge but I don't have call to turn it on and off much. I recommend. I have one in each of two locations.Battery life is great. My regret is not getting touchscreen.This isn't the same laptop I ordered last time. It runs very slow, and makes things lag a ton. Not a touch screen at all.I bought it for my daughter and she plays games a bit: nothing huge. The item is beautiful and friendly to use. Good battery life. Light weight. The only but, it's a little slow for running graphics and crash from time to time.I bought it for my 8th grader, she loved it. Highly recommended. Hewlett Packard makes good computersEquipo muy funcional y practico para tareas y trabajo internet. El espacio en disco es poco, pero por el precio, vale la pena.Excellent product, well packaged and very safe, apart from that it is a ver fast and elegant computar, it has an excellent processor.Excelente producto, en perfecto estado y funcionando correctamente.
